Return and Exchange Policy



  • Returns and Exchanges only apply to items purchased directly from within 30 days.  

  • Items without original marketing & hangtags attached Do Not Qualify for Exchange or Return.

  • Customer(s) is responsible for all shipping costs for returned and exchanged items.

  • Items repurchased for exchange or return, Do Not Qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

Badge Tactical will only honor returns on orders placed directly with Badge Tactical at within 30 days.  Badge Tactical will not honor returns or exchanges on merchandise purchased from other retailers.

Badge Tactical has a 30-day return and exchange policy. You may return your merchandise to Badge Tactical within 30 days upon the receipt of your product.

Refunds will be applied to original credit card used at the time of purchase.  Items must have all the original marketing and hangtags still attached to the bag to qualify for return.  If the bag comes in WITHOUT the original hangtags and marketing, the refund will not be processed and the original merchandise will be shipped back to the customer at the customers expense.

CUSTOMER SHIPPING COSTS: Customer(s) are responsible for all shipping costs regarding returns and exchanges.  FREE SHIPPING will NOT apply to orders that have been processed in exchange for a new product.     


Shipping charges will only be covered by Badge Tactical in the event of a shipping error, or return/ exchange of a defective product.  Postage will not be refunded on returns due to personal dislikes, sizing problems, or purchases made in error. In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.  

Exchanges must be for the same product.   Badge Tactical will not accept returns or exchanges from purchases made outside the United States.  Items may not be used, worn, or washed. 

Gifts may be exchanged only if original hangtags are attached and the product has not been washed or worn.  Gift items must be exchanged by the original purchaser only, and not the receiving party.  In the event that the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be substituted instead.

Please be sure to follow any washing and handling instructions carefully as Badge Tactical does not give returns or exchanges due to mis-washing or handling of products.


(1) Email to get an RA (Returns Authorization) number.  You must provide the information required by our warranty department in order to complete this process.  

(2) Write this number on the outside of the package you are shipping back to us.

If sending regular mail we recommend insuring the package.

Our replacement inventory is limited and we cannot guarantee that we have a replacement item in stock.  If we have the hardware in stock we will not charge you for the replacement of the hardware but we will charge you for the shipping costs through the USPS (rates may vary).
